The painter’s mother-in-law wanted him to paint her garage door to match the brick around it. He painted it, including behind the weather strips.
The next day, disaster struck. She calls him to tell him that she can’t get out of her garage. The door is stuck! He goes over and peels the paint so she can get out. He scuff-sanded the edge to make sure it’d be fine.
Two days later, disaster strikes, again!
She calls him again to tell him the garage door opener almost ripped out of the ceiling. Painting behind garage door weather strips almost destroyed the garage.
